They completed the job in 2 1/2 days! I really thought it would take double that. Great job! I feel the contractor completed a good job. Working with our warehouse personal in and around product to get to each fixture.

We are nearing the halfway point of our 2A lighting project. The results thus far are terrific to say the least. I am very pleased with our selection of fixture and lamp, the combination is perfect for our application. The reaction in the factory is also quite favorable as employees are asking 'who's next, can you do me first?'.
Kevin M Barry - Manager - Plant Facilities, GE - Meters -
They did a great job in a timely manner. When time for the job was over, they were cleaned up and gone. They worked around my schedule and made the project a success. In a word, GREAT.Jim Rozzi - Facilities Manager, Life is Good

Before the new lighting was even completely installed we were amazed at the increase of visible light. LighTec listened to our concerns and made any necessary changes we requested. I would definately call upon them again for any future lighting projects at our company.

EESE Board tours Preferred Building Systems, Claremont, NH facility Wednesday, 11/25/09
Members of the NH Public Utility Commissions' Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Energy (EESE) Board had a tour of the Preferred Building Systems Claremont, NH plant. They were given an overview of how the Energy Star-rated modular homes were constructed then walked through the various stages of actual construction.
PBS Modular Homes are designed and constructed to optimize living space, control air quality, energy efficiency and overall performance. They offer the highest quality homes that are the most energy efficient right out of the factory.
Their homes on average are 48% more energy efficient than code through independent testing (HERS). They use an open joist floor system, engineered framing, trusses and cellulose insulation. Attention is given to how they use materials in the plant to reduce waste through responsible practices that control waste and lessen the burden on landfills.
For more information on PBS please go to their web site www.preferredbuildings.com or if you would like more information on their Energy Star-rated modular homes please go to info@preferredbuildings.com.
